Payroll
One Less Worry Payroll Services provide a unique and personalised outsourced payroll service, providing a dedicated payroll officer to process your payroll and build a trusted relationship with your business.
Our services are available to companies with between one and two hundred and fifty employees, whether hourly or salary based and offer a flexible weekly, bi-weekly or monthly (four weekly) payroll to suit your needs. We continuously monitor salaries and hourly paid staff to ensure they do not slip below the living or minimum wage. We also handle all deductions for National Insurance, Tax and any Attachment of Earnings Orders.
Payroll Reporting – We provide a wide selection of reports each of which can be tailored towards your business requirements.
Payslips
Our outsourced payroll service offers flexibility with our payslips and how your employees receive them, we can either produce and print payslips manually and post them out to your business or in conjunction with IRIS, we offer a service where all of your pay slips are uploaded to a secure on-line portal, for the individual employees, where they can access them via their computer or by a dedicated app that is available for download, free of charge.
All employee payslips are available to view and print if and when required, along with P60’s and Pension letters when applicable.
Pension Auto Enrolment
One Less Worry provide as part of our outsourced payroll service, automatic assessments for all employees and where applicable, set up the deductible pension payment. We liaise with and send out Pension Letters for eligible and non eligible job holders along with postponements where applicable.
We work with a variety of pension providers and can upload all contributions and data required as part of our service, removing all of the hassle from your business.
Dealing with HMRC
We work with HMRC on your behalf dealing with RTI (Real Time Information) submissions every pay period, advising accordingly of maternity and parental deductions etc. We automatically and regularly check for updated tax code notifications for employees and make sure payments are allocated correctly and represent you accordingly.
